What are the fees to join?
The monthly membership fee is $8.99 per month, with easy cancellation at any time. Cancellation must be processed 15 days before the next billing cycle. If not done by this date, there will be a charge for the next month before cancelling.
How do I sign up and save?
Go to JOIN NOW (link) and create your profile. Once membership payment goes through chose up to 10 items per month at heavily reduced prices.
Can I buy unlimited clothes if I join?
Members can purchase 10 items per month, and no more than 3 of each item.
Can I cancel membership and rejoin later?
We work hard to keep our costs and benefits low for our subscription members, and although membership cancellation can be done at any time, each account holder can only rejoin one time per year. Members can down-grade to a non-member status at any point and pay full retail price.
How do I know the correct sizes to select?
All items have a size guide. Given that we carry different brands from different suppliers, we always recommend measuring your child's current clothing or shoes to see what works best for them. A 2t from one brand might be slightly larger or smaller than from a different brand. We always recommend buying a size up if your child is close to the end of their age bracket. Kids grow so fast, if its too big now it will fit in 2 months! Please see sizing charts under sizing chart section.
Can I return/exchange an item I dont like or doesn’t fit?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you're unhappy with any purchases we'll gladly accept returns within 14 days of customers receiving their package. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Due to high demand and changing styles, returns must be made within 14 days of customers receiving their package. Exchanges are based on availability of stock and there is no guarantee of available stock due to the high demand and traffic rate of each product. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn, or that have stains will not be accepted. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted on items that are not in original packaging or tags have been removed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless an error was made by The Tot Shop. In this instance, the return shipping will be paid by The Tot Shop. (see acceptable refunds below) We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. The Tot Shop is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail or once the return package is shipped from customers desired shipping method.
How do I make a return/exchange?
For accurate processing, an email must be sent to returns@thetotshop.com within 14 days of receipt of package. Please list reason for return as well pictures of any damaged products, along with the tracking number of your return shipment. The Tot Shop assumes full responsibility for damaged goods, and will pay for postage and handling on any products that meet this requirement. An instruction email will be sent back on how to complete return process.
Are there any items that cant be returned?
Yes, some items due to hygienic reasons are not returnable, such as hats, gloves, feeding items. Items with names printed are also not returnable unless they arrived damaged.
What are the circumstances where I will get a full monetary refund?
Upon verification, monetary refunds will be issued only in these circumstances: if you never received a purchase and after 45 days the items has not been delivered, if an item is damaged, or the wrong item/different items arrives than what you have purchased. Damaged/wrong items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos to returns@thetotshop.com so that we can issue a refund or a new delivery. These return fees will be paid for fully by The Tot Shop. If approved, processing time can take up to may take 10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is complete, it can not be modified as the packaging and shipping process often starts within 24 hours. If items have not been shipped, address changes may be made.
What if I purchase an item, and then find out later it is out of stock?
Our website is updated with new items weekly, but due to high demand of each product, this can very occasionally occur. In this instance, you will get a full refund of that item.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing can take up to 5 days before items are sent out. Standard shipping is 10 - 25 business days to most countries.  Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the courier service used.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we provide worldwide free shipping for members as well as on all orders over $75. Non-members pay a flat rate for items purchased under $75 USD. Where costs for shipping apply, the final cost will be displayed at checkout.There are some locations we are unable to ship to and you will not be able to make an order in this instance.
Product is marked delivered but I don’t see it?
Once a product is marked delivered by the post office, The Tot Shop is not responsible for those items. Please check your local post office for more information about the items. On rare occasions, packages are returned because an incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer or a customer was not home and failed to pick up package from local post office. The Tot Shop is not responsible for undeliverable packages that are sent back.
