Returns and Policies

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt and issue store credit for purchase amount. Please submit a request at orders@thetotshop.com for further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and postmarked for return within 14 days. Any items postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted and the returned items will be forfeited. Items that appear worn, or that have stains will not be accepted. Shoes must be unworn and undamaged. Due to hygienic reasons, some items are NOT returnable, such as hats, beanies, headbands, gloves, blankets, swaddles, and feeding items. All custom items with names are also not returnable.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless error was made by The Tot Shop. We recommend using a method that provides a tracking number. The Tot Shop is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail or once the return package is shipped from customers desired shipping method. We reserve the right to reject orders on customer accounts with excessive returns or consistent falsification. Orders with free shipping that are returned will have shipping costs taken out of total amount returned.  Afterpay orders that are returned will have a processing fee of 10% taken from return amount/credit.
Upon verification, The Tot Shop takes responsibility if after 60 days you never receive a purchase, if an item arrives damaged, or if the wrong item/different items arrives than what you have purchased.  If an item is damaged upon delivery, in order for The Tot Shop to assume responsibility, please contact The Tot Shop at  orders@thetotshop.com with a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery so that we can issue a refund or arrange a new delivery.  We do not refund for incorrect addresses or undeliverable mail. We do not refund on packages marked as delivered. Please make sure you input correct address to an address that can be delivered. Items marked delivered claimed as not received by customer will open investigation with local post office. 

EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges are based on availability of stock and there is no guarantee of available stock due to the high demand and traffic rate of each product. To expedite an exchange for a different size or color, please return your item within 14 days by contacting The Tot Shop at  orders@thetotshop.com and place a new order online to ensure product availability. A return refund of the original item will be processed upon arrival at our warehouse.
