SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to the current worldwide pandemic, LOCKDOWNS, logIstics interruptions, elections, and international relations there are disruptions and regulations that could have an impact on retail businesses big and small.  We are currently experiencing delays out of our control depending on your location.

Because of this, we are experiencing some delays and your order could ship later than usual. If shipping time is of concern, please contact orders@thetotshop.com BEFORE placing your order for a better estimate from one of our staff based on your location. Orders placed are processed upon receipt with our warehouse staff, and can not be cancelled after one hour of payment.  

Due to COVID-19 and it’s aftermath, there is an increase in some shipping carrier rates and delayed shipping times, and The Tot Shop can not guarantee shipping times and reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you, the customer. Tot deals, members only, and VIP deals can take up to 8 weeks depending on location and if your country is affected by quarantine restrictions. Some areas can take longer if customs is affected greatly. We are currently using couriers combined with  USPS to keep shipping rates low for our customers which could affect shipping timeframes. Rest assured we are working hard to deliver orders as quickly and safely as possible, but are currently experiencing delays out of our control. We do not offer refunds for delayed shipping. If you need items quickly, please do not order from the discounted Tot Deals or VIP.
