Shipping

We are currently using various shipping methods depending on the origin of the warehouse and the destination country. For most USA orders, we ship via our multiples warehouses via USPS and other companies. If items are out of stock in our USA Warehouse we ship from our international warehouse via courier which generally takes 10-15 days. We are currently not carrying shoes in our USA warehouses.  

An estimated time frame for domestic orders is as follows:

Processing of all orders takes 2-4 business days. We do not process orders on the weekends. We assign tracking numbers straight away to orders, and this does not mean the package has shipped that day.  Please see info on Afterpay Orders if using Afterpay. 

Shipping times generally take 5 - 8 business days for domestic (non-vip, non-members) orders, Custom items take 2 -3 weeks.  These are estimates and not guarantees. 

**PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO CURRENT OVERSEAS LOGISTICS DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, PORT DELAYS AND COVID-19, SHIPPING TIMES ARE LONGER BY APPROXIMATELY ONE WEEK. MOST USA ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING 7-10 DAYS. TOT DEALS, VIP, AND MEMBERS 2.5 - 3.5 WEEKS PLUS

Shipping times generally take 12 - 16 business days for international orders depending on destination country.  Custom items take 3-4 weeks. Small islands can take 4-8 weeks.

Items purchased as print-on demand, custom, seasonal, low stock, during public holidays or during promotions may have a slight delay due to high demand. Status updates on purchases are given via email. Occasionally items are shipped as they are ready or are coming from different warehouses, and will arrive in separate packages. We currently do not offer Expedited Shipping. Tracking information is not updated automatically and available only upon request. Please email orders@thetotshop.com for your tracking code.Â
